When you have pictures in your email account, they are pictures from your email address that you have sent to someone or pictures from someone else's email address that he has sent to you. Either way, the process of uploading these pictures from an email address to your computer is the same. You can do it each time you receive a new picture or each time you send a picture, so you know you'll have them saved on your computer.
Find the message where the pictures appear.
Open the message and find the pictures you want to upload.
Right-click on the pictures, one at a time. Select "Save As" from the list of options. Choose a name for the photo when the box appears. Then select a folder to upload them into from the drop-down menu. Click "Save" and the system will upload the photo from your email to your computer. This works for pictures in your inbox and any folders.
