Yahoo messenger is a communication tool that allows people to send messages to each other from anywhere in the world with a computer and an Internet connection. Typically, people use Yahoo messenger to send instant messages to others, but if you want to send a longer message, email might be more appropriate. It can be quicker than going to the Yahoo website, logging into your account, opening up your compose widow and sending a message.
Sign in to Yahoo! Messenger.
Double-click on the name of the contact you want to send the email to.
Click "Actions" at the top of the Messenger box.
Click on "Send an Email"
Enter the email address of the person you want to send the email to.
Click "OK." Your default email client will open up. For Windows-operated computers, this client will be Outlook. Compose your message. Click "Send."
