The Apple Mac iCal application is a calendar that offers Internet connectivity so that you can sync it with other calendars you use such as Yahoo! Syncing your iCal calendar to your Yahoo! calendar can be accomplished through the iCal's "Add an Account" function. Once you have added your Yahoo! account to your iCal account, the calendar data will automatically sync.
Double-click the iCal icon to launch the program.
Click "iCal" > "Preferences" > "Accounts."
Click the "+" link next to "Accounts." Click "Add an Account."
Click the "Account Type" drop-down menu and click "Automatic."
Enter your Yahoo! email address and password when prompted. iCal will automatically sync your Yahoo! calendar and you will be able to see the entries in iCal.
