Create Calendar with Multiple Events

Organizing and managing your time can be facilitated with the use of calendars. Calendars are available in a variety of styles; these formats vary and include different timed intervals such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. If you need to display multiple events on a calendar, create appointments and save them to the calendar; the software will display these events with names in the calendar view.

Microsoft Outlook 2010
Click the "Calendar" icon in the Navigation Pane. Click the "New" icon on the menu bar. In the "Subject" field, enter the subject of the event. Enter the location in the "Location" field. Add the date of the event in the "Date" field. Click the "Save" icon to save the appointment to the calendar.

Add another event by clicking the "New" icon and adding a subject in the subject field. Enter the location in the "Location" field. Add the date of the event in the "Date" field. Click the "Save" icon to save the appointment to the calendar.

Click the calendar icon in the Navigation Pane. Click the to "Month" view. Review the multiple events on the calendar.

Google Calendar
Access Google Calendar to review your appointments and events. Click the "Create Event" option in the left task pane. Add a subject in the "Tile" box. Type a location in the "Where" field. Add a brief description of the event in the "Description" field. Click "Save" to add this event to your calendar.

Add another event to the calendar by clicking the "New" icon. Add a subject in the "Tile" box. Type a location in the "Where" field. Add a brief description of the event in the "Description" field. Click "Save" to add this event to your calendar.

Review the multiple events on the calendar by clicking the "Month" view icon in the right task pane.

Yahoo Calendar
Open the Yahoo calendar website. Click the "Add Event" icon in the right task pane. Type the subject of the event in the "Title" field. Select the type of event in the "Event Type" drop-down list. Select the date of the event in the "Date" field. Add a time for the event in the "Time" field.

Specify the location of the event in the "Location" field. Add additional details for the event in the "Notes" field. Click "Save and Add Another" to add another event.

Review the multiple events by clicking "Calendar" tab. Select "Month" to see your multiple calendar events.
