Lotus Notes is an IBM-developed email messaging system. The system gives users the option of sending email messages via an Internet connection. The user can send the email to a single individual or a group of individuals at one time. The phrase "broadcast message" describes email message delivery to a group of individuals.
Launch Lotus Notes. Click the "New" button. This will open a new window from which you can compose your email message.
Place the cursor in the space next to the "To" box. Enter recipients' email addresses, separated by a comma. Alternatively, you can click the "To" button and search for and select individual recipients or groups of individuals that are saved in your address book.
Type your subject in the space next to "Subject." Type your message in the space below "Subject." Press "Send."
